Best Practices – Sourcing Cheese & Butter and Minimizing Plastic Contamination from Packaging

Because raw milk  — before cream separation — is not available in grocery stores we also needed to find cheese and butter sources as well.

The best decision we could make was to obtain butter and cheese from the same source of milk that Mass Spec testing indicated was the least contaminated.
